Summary

This presentation introduces the preliminary results of the JETi mechanical thrombectomy system in treating arterial thrombosis. The JETi system uses hydrodynamic fragmentation and aspiration technology for thrombus removal. Through the follow-up of 280 patients, this study evaluates the safety and clinical efficacy of JETi. Findings indicate that JETi is effective and safe for complex thrombus removal, significantly reducing risks of major bleeding and re-thrombosis.

Study Design and Primary Endpoints

Study Design: The JETi registry is a prospective, single-arm, post-market study involving 280 patients across 30 global centers, divided into arterial and venous subgroups. This preliminary analysis focuses on 129 completed arterial cases, with follow-up points at discharge, 30 days, and 1 year.

Primary Endpoints: Primary endpoints include 30-day JETi-related major adverse events (MAE), such as device-related deaths, amputations, and major bleeding events. Thrombus removal efficacy was also assessed, with targets of over 95% thrombus reduction and successful vessel revascularization.

Safety and Efficacy Analysis

Thrombus Removal Efficacy: Data shows that 72.1% of vessels achieved over 50% thrombus removal immediately after JETi use, increasing to 94.0% with adjunctive treatments. Successful revascularization rates reached 96.1% post-JETi, further improved to 100% with additional interventions.

Safety Outcomes: No device-related MAE, major bleeding, or re-thrombosis events were reported within 30 days, underscoring the system’s safety advantage in high-risk patients. The only complication observed was a 2.3% rate of access-site related events.

Clinical Application and Future Prospects of the JETi System

1. JETi demonstrates high efficacy and low complication rates in arterial thrombus removal, making it suitable for treating high-risk thrombus patients.

2. With notable revascularization and thrombus removal capabilities, JETi provides a promising new option for both acute and chronic thrombotic conditions in arterial thrombectomy.

3. Future studies will expand the evaluation of JETi across various thrombus types and anatomical patient profiles to further validate its clinical applications.
