“Asian Expert Consensus on Hybrid Technology Treatment of Aortic Lesions Involving Arch”(short named Consensus) . This consensus, led by Professor Shu Chang, Director of the Vascular Surgery Center at Fuwai Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and organized by multiple domestic and foreign experts, summarizes clinical recommendations from experts in multiple countries. It will be the first English version of expert consensus on the rational application of Hybrid surgical technology.

Currently, the consensus has entered the final review stage. This round of final review is conducted by a professional team composed of multiple cardiovascular surgery experts, focusing mainly on two aspects:

Firstly, adopting more standardized and specialized cardiovascular surgical medical terminology, and forming a "Glossary".

Secondly, using more objective and neutral wording and statements, thereby making the consensus content more scientific and standardized.

It has been over two years since the publication of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Hybrid Technology for Treating Lesions of the Aortic Arch." We have been eagerly anticipating the first English version of the expert consensus on the rational application of Hybrid surgical technology. Many domestic experts and scholars have been inquiring about the progress of this consensus. Currently, due to the substantial workload, the final review will take a considerable amount of time, and it will follow a strict mode of multiple rounds of review by multiple individuals, aiming to achieve the goal of academic rigor.
